Chaga Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

• 4 Cups strong Brewed Alaska Wild Harvest Chaga Tea
• 2-3 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
• 1 Onion (diced)
• 1 Large Carrot (sliced)
• 1 Cup Mushrooms
• 1 Stick of Celery
• 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
• Green Onion (Chopped)

Instructions:

1. Brew Alaska Wild Harvest Chaga tea per instructions on the bag. Strain and set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, add oil, mushrooms, and onion until cooked through. We suggest using portabella mushrooms, but any type will work.
3. Add carrots and garlic. Cook until golden and soften.
4. Take Brewed Chaga Tea and add it to a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Top with Green Onions. Enjoy!
