Alaska's winter weather is always full of surprises! After days of chilly cold, the sudden warm-up and rain have us craving some sunshine. Bring a little sweet sunshine to your dinner table with our Aloha Birch Chicken Marinade – our birchy twist on the traditional Hawaiian Chicken Marinade.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Alaska Wild Harvest Pure Birch Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Garlic (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Ginger
Instructions:
In a jar, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, pure birch syrup, garlic and ginger. Cover jar and shake until well mix.

Let it marinate 4 to 12 hours before cooking. The longer you marinate meat, the stronger the flavor is. This marinade works well with chicken, pork or beef.
