Raspberry Rhubarb Gin Fizz

Instructions:

1. In a shaker bottle, combine gin, raspberry rhubarb syrup, lemon juice
   and ice. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the ingredients
   are well combined.
   EXPERT TIP: Don’t have a shaker? Use a mason jar or water bottle.
2. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass or over ice.
   EXPERT TIP: Larger ice cubes melt more slowly and won’t dilute your drink as
   quickly.
3. Top with soda water and stir gently. Adding the soda water after the fact makes it more “bubbly.”
4. Garnish with a lemon slice. Enjoy!
