Wild-harvested from Alaska’s boreal birch forests, HFB's chaga is carefully dried and prepared into coarse chunks for a rich, earthy tea.

Brew it hot or cold and enjoy it on its own, or pair it with coffee, spices, citrus, or your favorite tea blend. Chaga can be steeped multiple times, making each bag go a long way.

Add about 1 tablespoon of chaga per 2 cups of water.

Simmer gently for 20–30 minutes, then strain and enjoy hot or chilled. For a stronger brew, simmer longer to taste.

Chaga can be steeped multiple times. Store used chaga in the refrigerator between brews and reuse until the color and flavor begin to fade.
