We ship birch syrup, confections, gifts, and other Alaska-made products with care from Alaska straight to your doorstep.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location, order size, and destination. The best available shipping method will be selected for your order.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak periods, including the holidays and birch syrup season, processing may take a little longer as our small team packs each order with care.

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment, though delivery times may vary by destination and carrier.

Warm Weather Shipping – Caramels & Brittle

Caramels, brittle, and other confections may soften during warm weather. During the summer or when shipping to especially hot climates, we may delay shipment slightly to help prevent heat damage.

If you have concerns about warm-weather delivery, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take care to pack every order securely, but occasionally damage can occur in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at sales@alaskabirchsyrup.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can make it right.
