Pure, wild-harvested birch syrup is our signature product, and where we started our business all those years ago. We collect the sap for nearly a month in the cold Alaska spring and evaporate it into a delightful syrup. Choose from Reserve, Early, Mid or Late Runs. See below for run descriptions.
