Birch Sesame Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 Tbs soy sauce
• 2 Tbs Alaska Pure Birch Syrup
• 2 Tbs toasted sesame oil
• 2 large cloves minced garlic
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
• White wine, water, lemon, or lime juice to thin to desired consistency.

Directions

Puree all ingredients in food processor. Spread generously onto chicken or fish. AWESOME on salmon and black cod.
