Chugach Birch and Berries Trail Bar
Chugach Chocolates built this bar for the trail. Dark chocolate, Alaska pure birch syrup and freeze-dried Alaska lingonberries and blueberries are pressed into a dense, chewy bar that holds up in a pack. The birch syrup brings a savory depth that keeps it from being too sweet and the berries cut through with tart brightness.
Made in Anchorage, Alaska by our friends at Chugach Chocolates with dark chocolate, our Late Run Alaska pure birch syrup, and freeze-dried Alaska lingonberries and blueberries.
