Alaska’s wild berries ripen quickly under the long days of our short northern summer. Each season, we work with a network of local pickers who harvest wild blueberries, lingonberries, salmonberries and other Alaska berries from across the state.
We turn these remarkable fruits into small-batch jams, along with our lowbush cranberry sauce sweetened with pure Alaska birch syrup. Our collection also includes whole-fruit syrups crafted to capture the bright, true flavor of the fruit.
From wild berries gathered across Alaska to carefully made jams and syrups, this collection is all about showcasing the fruit flavors of the North.
