Shipping Information

Items are packed with care to avoid damage, and most will ship in U.S. Postal Service flat rate boxes. Each of the three sizes holds multiple items. Shipping is calculated automatically and will update as you add items so you can see when it jumps to the next size box in real time, before you finalize your order.  If possible, we will adjust your shipping amount to a lower rate and process a refund to you. Shipping rates for international orders will be determined manually and communicated to you by email.

We will replace your broken item quickly and at no cost to you. Returning items to us is usually not practical, due to the high cost of shipping.
