Pure Birch Syrup
$19.95 – $149.95Pure, wild-harvested birch syrup is our signature product, and where we started our business all those years ago. We collect the sap for nearly a month in the cold Alaska spring and evaporate it into a delightful syrup. Choose from Reserve, Early, Mid or Late Runs. See below for run descriptions. Birch-Syrup Glazed Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 2 cup Cauliflower Florets
- 2 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 Small Onion (cut into 6 wedges)
- 1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Pure Birch Syrup
- ~ 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the assorted vegetables with olive oil and pure birch syrup, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
- Season the vegetable mixture with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, adjusting the quantities according to personal preference.
- Arrange the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to promote even roasting.
- Roast the vegetables for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are tender and golden-brown.
