2# wild, fresh or frozen lowbush cranberries (also called lingonberries)
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup honey (more or less to taste)
1/4 cup pure birch syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
Cover cranberries with water. Cook until tender. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Chill.
