2025 Pure Birch Syrup
$19.95 – $149.95Pure, wild-harvested birch syrup is our signature product, and where we started our business all those years ago. We collect the sap for nearly a month in the cold Alaska spring and evaporate it into a delightful syrup. Choose from Reserve, Early, Mid or Late Runs. See below for run descriptions. Available in several sizes, in plastic jugs or glass.
Birch Breakfast Syrup
$9.95 – $59.95Our breakfast syrup is a blend of birch syrup and organic cane sugar, providing a lower cost option for those with kids or a lighter palate. It is milder and sweeter than our pure syrup but retains the essence of birch. Available in several sizes, in plastic jugs or glass.
Reserve Pure Birch Syrup
$29.95 – $49.95The first day’s sap, collected in the early spring when there is still snow on the ground, yields the sweetest and lightest syrup of all. We package our limited supply in an attractive 125ml (4.25oz) swing top and 250ml (8.5oz) swing top. See Recipes.
