Chaga Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups strong Brewed Alaska Wild Harvest Chaga Tea
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Large Carrot (sliced)
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- 1 Stick of Celery
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Green Onion (Chopped)
Instructions:
- Brew Alaska Wild Harvest Chaga tea per instructions on the bag. Strain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, add oil, mushrooms, and onion until cooked through.
EXPERT TIP: We suggest using portabella mushrooms, but any type will work. - Add carrots and garlic. Cook until golden and soften.
- Take Brewed Chaga Tea and add it to a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with Green Onions. Enjoy!
