Who Knew?
Really enjoyed learning about and tasting the birch syrup. Very interesting. Hard working people who’ve made a business and a life out of nature. The syrup is tasty. The other products such as brittle, etc. are also very good. Really enjoyed the visit. Brought some syrup home. Still enjoying it.
