Ingrediants
6 yams
1 can pineapple chunks
1 cup orange juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup birch syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Slice or chunk yams, boil for 20 minutes. Drain and arrange in baking dish. Mix together all remaining ingredients and add. Bake at 350 for one hour.
Serves 6.
