Raspberry Rhubarb Romance
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 tbsp Alaska Wild Harvest Raspberry Rhubarb Syrup
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Soda Water
- Ice
- Lemon Slice (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a shaker bottle, combine gin, raspberry rhubarb syrup, lemon juice
and ice. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the ingredients
are well combined.
EXPERT TIP: Don’t have a shaker? Use a mason jar or water bottle. - Strain the mixture into a chilled glass or over ice.
EXPERT TIP: Larger ice cubes melt slower and won’t dilute your drink as
quickly. - Top with soda water and stir gently. Adding the soda water after the fact makes it more “bubbly.”
