BREAKING NEWS!! We're open!! "The Birchworks" - our taste/tour/shop facility at Mile 1.1 of the Talkeetna Spur Rd. We are excited about this opportunity to share our love of the birch forest, birch syrup, and the other wildcrafted gourmet food products we make with visitors and our fellow Alaskans. Try samples of all our products, take a tour of our facility, watch the full video of our harvest in the Alaskan bush,and experience the rich history of our business and Alaskan lifestyle. We proudly serve Alaska Supreme Ice Cream, made with local milk and cream. One of their flavors is, of course, birch! We offer several flavors with our syrups as toppings. We also feature local artists fine and functional art. Located conveniently right on the Talkeetna Spur Rd - just a mile off the Parks Highway, and on the way to Talkeetna. If you want to make birch syrup yourself and are interested in equipment or supplies, we have catalogs available. We are happy to consult with you to order your equipment and find the cheapest means of getting it to you in Alaska. We may also be able to provide a discount from the catalog prices, depending on what you order.
